Participants from Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura and West Bengal can apply through this portal. Choose Junior if you are from school, ITI, diploma or undergraduate level. Choose Open if you are a graduate, professional, startup or community group.

Keep your contact details, location details, institute information, participation mode, team member details if applying as a team, proposal responses and supporting PDF documents ready before you begin.

The application will be completed through the portal in five steps:

1. Registration – Select Junior or Open category, then enter your full name, email address and mobile number.
2. Email Verification – Verify your registered email address through the verification link sent to your email.
3. Profile Completion – Provide your state, district, city, PIN code, address, institute name and institute type. You may apply as an individual or as a team. The applicant is treated as the Team Lead by default, and up to four additional team members can be added.
4. Proposal Submission – Select the challenge category and complete the required proposal elements:
   • Problem and location
   • Proposed solution
   • Technology or method
   • Implementation route, cost, beneficiaries, timeline, impact and scalability
   • Prototype or pilot details, if available
   • Supporting PDF documents
5. Application Number Generation – After submission, your Application Number will be shown on screen. Please keep it for future reference, status tracking and further communication.
